I'm finding complaints from people in which I've not led, which corroborate other people's experiences and it's utterly appalling. I've spoken with many instructors who say their clients have years of experience on the road, 40 hours of instruction and drive to a high standard, failing exams because of examiners inappropriate behaviour and or judgement. Whilst this may seem like a silly or pointless exercise to some of you - I'm looking into why Driving Examiners are not held accountible and why this test centre seems to be failing a lot more people than they pass. An examiner who fails people for not making enough forward progress, because they were mere 5-7 mph below the speed limit, despite circumstances suggesting that they were making the right decision.An examiner who slams breaks on, for fear of being 'too close' to a curb inside the Car Park, in which multiple witnesses are present and dispute this.I have 4 complaints from various people, with their names and the driving instructor they went with. A purposefully panicked examiner with the initials NK (I don't want to name him, but do have his name) in which he reached for the steering wheel unnecessarily and then failed many people based on this.
What I can say is that I've gathered experiences from people reference the following: By recent, I'm talking about within the last six months. I don't want to share too much evidence until I've gathered enough of it to send to the DVSA but I'm looking for people who've had recent terrible experiences with the Maybush DTC. I've gathered some incredible evidence, reviews, complaints and opinions thus far, but I've not finished. I told them I'd be investigating and carrying out enquiries with other Driving Instructor services and their clients, with a view to sending them what I've found. I recently had an extremely torrid experience with a panicked examiner that ended up in a complaint being filed with the DVSA.
